Calling for help in an emergency should be the easy step. These are the commitments behind the number on this site, and the limits of them, stated in the same breath.
Answered every hour of every day
This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
The connection costs you nothing
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
You are connected to a local independent contractor
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and Montana require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Bozeman. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
One call fixes a bad match
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
The honest limit of all of this
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
